OSCAR Director of Outreach, Dr. Mukti M Rana, gave a talk at the Delaware Science Olympiad 2015 for High School Students as an invited speaker.

He introduced the Optics Program at DSU to about one thousand high school students from various school districts of Delaware participated in that event, which was held on March 08, 2015 on DSU campus.
